One week of school done for the semester...and only 15 more to go until summer break. My fridays are light in the classroom, which leaves me time to try to get things done for the next week. I really am trying uber-hard to keep my school stuff at the school and have home time for the family. I'm hanging in there to date, but I didn't have anything to grade yet this week.
The night-life in our house has slowed down. Kiddo is really good currently at going to bed by 7pm. However, he has figured out how to press his musical toys to make the sounds. Some nights he's laying in his crib pressing his glow worm toy repeatedly for a good 30minutes. This also means that Brian and I get some together time basking in the glow of electronics while snuggling under blankets. Last night I was trying to conquer the video game Lego Indiana Jones. The other night, we finally got to watch the latest Star Trek Movie and found it really awesome. I was quite impressed with the various nodes to the tv series and the other movies. In fact, I think I liked the movie much better than Avatar! Now, don't get me wrong; I liked Avatar, but I thought the plot was REALLY predictable.
Anyways, things are going well at the conclusion of this second week of February.
