Naming body parts

Common Conversations of late...

"Hey, Tam, can you show mama your ear?"

Tam reaches both hands up and grabs his ears.

"Tam, can you show mama your nose?"

Tam alternates between pointing to his nose or trying to touch my nose.

"Where is Tam's foot?"

Tam plops on the floor, grabs a foot, and waves it in the air.

"Hey, Tam, where's your belly?"

Grinning broadly, Tam pulls up his shirt and pats his belly OR stinks his finger in his belly-button.

See...we are learning human anatomy at home! And you all thought I only knew about plants :-)

Kiddo and I are sick.

Yuck.

It seems as all that goes in comes out nearly immediately.

Achy, tired, sick.

I think it is slowing me down way more than it is Tam.

At least we haven't got any fevers.
